VERY NICE AND PEACEFUL....
I'd like to say that I appreciate Tommaso and Jenny for responding to my complaints immediately even though we weren't able to come to an agreement except to let Airbnb decide. The washer was completely broken, I had to rinse and wring out everything by hand because the washer was just stuck full of water with detergent in it. It would have been different if it had just broken that night but it turned out that they had known about it since the month before so I believe we should have notified before we booked it. Also the downstairs shower was barely draining and the curtain in the upstairs shower was really gross. I've never left anyone anything except 5 stars but I feel for $348 total for 1 night that a working washer and dryer and properly working showers aren't too much to ask for.
