This two bedroom, two bathroom Cabana is in the perfect location nestled between the beach and the intercoastal waterway. Incredible proximity to the beach (less than 10 minutes walk) and walkable to local favourite restaurant Caps on the Water. The heart of downtown Saint Augustine is just a quick car ride away.
First Floor: Bedroom with king bed, full bathroom with shower-tub combo, dining room with seating for 6, fully equipped kitchen, and open living room
Second Floor: Open loft bedroom with luxurious king bed and twin day bed and trundle. Attached is a second full bathroom.
Backyard: Fully fenced, putting green, dining set under romantic pergola

Tommaso was a great host and checked in a few times to make sure everything was going well. The house was as pictured and described, no surprises! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, very close to some great restaurants and a short walk to the beach! The only thing to note is that you can sometimes hear the neighbors on either side, esp if it's a large group. But we only experienced that for a few days and otherwise it was pretty quiet!
Had a great time
overall we did not have a good stay, the location is nice although not walkable to the beach, and no “close” places to park for beach access our main issue was pet hair, there was pet hair everywhere, all over the comforter; in what was to be my sons room; which we realized when i went to take him to bed there were also balls of dog hair flouting around the house, i even found dog hair in my food at one point (we don’t have any dogs so it definitely wasn’t something we brought with us) the outside area is nice but not very private, especially if there is someone on the other side of the fence, it also reeked like pee, i’m assuming from people having their dogs out there. not to mention it looked nothing like the photos, this place needs some serious upkeep, the dirty shower liners would be a good start it’s impossible to walk upstairs with out the floors creaking so loud you’ll surely disturb anyone who is downstairs. i would NOT recommend staying here, unless you’re coming with dogs
