• Boats, trailers, Jet Skis, Can-Ams, and four-tracks are not permitted.
• Tropical visitors such as coquí frogs, anoles, and insects may occasionally appear.

• All guests must sign a pool waiver and injury liability consent before using the pool.
• We do not offer refunds for power outages. In case of a hurricane or storm, we are happy to reschedule your stays at not extra cost.
• We reserve the right to remove any guests who does not follow the rules that are posted on signs from our Airbnb
