ℹ️ GOOD TO KNOW

• The saltwater pool and deck are shared among the property’s three apartments.

• The pool has no lifeguard, reaches slightly over 5 feet deep, and requires a signed waiver. Children must always be supervised.

• Only registered guests are allowed; visitors are not permitted.

• Please bring separate pool and beach towels. Provided bath towels must remain inside.

• Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. Boats, trailers, Jet Skis, Can-Ams, and four-wheelers are not allowed.

• Puerto Rico may experience power outages, and the property does not have a backup generator.

• Exterior cameras monitor the pool area for security; there are no cameras inside.

• A rock and pebble walkway leads from the gated entrance to the apartment.
