Features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining areas, and outdoor spaces to relax after a day at the beach. Located just 700 meters from the ocean and the Surfing School, with air conditioning throughout, high-speed internet, automatic backup power, water cistern and EV charging.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire main house, including both the front and back areas of the property. You are also welcome to enjoy the charming backyard patio, a perfect spot to relax, enjoy your morning coffee, or unwind after a day of exploring Arecibo. The patio is a shared outdoor space with guests staying at The Oliver Cottage.
